Eastern Cape, 04 April 2019: The South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) would like to notify travellers that controlled blasting is scheduled to take place on the R72 Section 3 (KM 49.24) to Section 4 (KM 16.0) between Birah River and Openshaw Village on Monday, 08 April 2019 from 3pm to 5pm.
Please note that the road will be closed between Gcinisa Village and Hamburg turn off.
“Motorists are asked to use caution when making use of the road,” Mbulelo Peterson, SANRAL Southern Region Manager said.
SANRAL apologises for any inconvenience caused.
